This is a 3D printed resin sculpt of the Abruzzi class light cruiser by GamingStar and available with the remaining Condottieri class ship names.
The Condottieri class was a sequence of five different light cruiser classes of the Regia Marina (Italian Navy), although these classes show a clear line of evolution. They were built before World War II to gain predominance in the Mediterranean Sea. The ships were named after military commanders (condottieri) of Italian history.
The 4 Guissano subclass ships were built to counter large French Le Fantasque class destroyers. They had very high speed but had virtually no armor protection.
Ships of Class:
The 2 Cadornas subclass ships had minor improvements to stability and hull strength.
Ships of Class:
The 2 Montecuccoli subclass ships had major changes. These were about 2000 tons heavier with significantly better protection and upgraded power plants to maintain high speed.
Ships of Class:
The 2 Duca d'Aostras subclass ships had further increases in armor protection and further improved power plants to maintian high speed.
Ships of Class:
Insignia can be added to each deck decal to make it easier to identify ship nationality. Select from your choice of images.
